French lavender (lavandula angustifolia), Italian bergamot (citrus bergamia), rose geranium (pelargonium roseum), frankincense (boswellia carterii), clary sage (salvia sclarea) & sweet marjoram (marjorana hortensis) essential oils.

Add 4 - 6 drops to an oil burner or diffuser.

Can also be added to a base massage oil for tired, aching muscles. Add 4 drops to 5ml of your base oil of choice.
